Services

DFW Bookkeeping Services.
No Fluff.

Monthly bookkeeping, catch-up and cleanup in QuickBooks Online for Dallas-Fort Worth restaurants, bars, breweries, contractors and service businesses.

What We Do

Bookkeeping only. No upsells, no jargon, no mystery invoices. Everything runs in QuickBooks Online, and every month ends with a real close.

Monthly Bookkeeping

Every bank and credit card account reconciled through last month’s statement. A Profit and Loss and a Balance Sheet by mid-month. A closing date so the numbers stop moving. Bills, invoices, payroll support and sales tax support included.

Catch-Up and Cleanup

Months or years behind, or a file a previous bookkeeper left in pieces. We reconcile forward from the last month that ties, clear the plugs and hand back books your CPA can file from.

Restaurant and Bar Bookkeeping

POS-to-bank reconciliation, prime cost and pour cost by category, tip pools tied to payroll, and Texas sales tax and mixed beverage tax booked the right way.

Brewery Bookkeeping

Cost per barrel, work-in-process in the tanks, excise tied to your barrel counts, keg deposits and self-distribution receivables.

Contractor Bookkeeping

Job costing by job, WIP schedules, retainage on both sides, and subcontractor 1099s tracked all year instead of in January.

QuickBooks Online Setup and Migration

New files set up right the first time, and QuickBooks Desktop files moved to QuickBooks Online. We only work in QuickBooks Online.

Who We Work With

Owner-run businesses doing roughly $500K to $10M a year in Dallas, Fort Worth and everywhere in between: restaurants, bars, breweries, food trucks, contractors and trades, and service businesses. Because everything runs in QuickBooks Online, we also work with owners outside DFW.

Want to see how we think before you call? Start with DFW restaurant bookkeeping, bar and brewery bookkeeping, prime cost, construction retainage or how to fix messy books.

How It Works

  1. Book a free 15-minute call. Tell us what is going on with the books. No prep required.
  2. We look at the file. You get a clear price for the cleanup, if you need one, and for monthly bookkeeping.
  3. Cleanup first, then a monthly close. Once the books are current, you get reconciled accounts and financial statements every month, on a schedule.

Common Questions

What does it cost?

Monthly bookkeeping starts at $500 a month. Catch-up and cleanup are priced separately, based on how far behind the books are and how many accounts are involved. Here is what a bookkeeper costs in 2026, with real numbers.

Do you work outside Dallas-Fort Worth?

Yes. Everything runs in QuickBooks Online, so we work remotely with owners anywhere in the U.S.

Do you do taxes?

No. We do bookkeeping and nothing else, and we work alongside your CPA. At year-end they get clean, reconciled books instead of a shoebox.

Do you use Xero or QuickBooks Desktop?

QuickBooks Online only. If you are on QuickBooks Desktop, moving you to QuickBooks Online is part of setup.

Need Someone to Actually Fix Your Books?
